We verify the licenses and certifications of all healthcare professionals before employment, ensuring they meet provincial regulatory standards. Our employees are required to maintain valid and up-to-date licenses and provide proof of renewal when necessary. CareOnDemand continuously monitors and updates these licenses to remain compliant with changing legal requirements.

Insurance Coverage


CareOnDemand is insured through PREMIER CANADA, with business liability insurance of $5,000,000 under policy #MD02077-01. This provides coverage for our care workers while they are performing duties in client homes or accompanying clients during outings. A copy of our latest insurance coverage is available and can be accessed through our Manager of Client & Staff Services.
