CareOnDemand is committed to delivering exceptional healthcare services by ensuring all employees meet the necessary licensing, accreditation, and compliance standards. Our dedication to regulatory adherence and transparency reflects our goal to provide safe, reliable, and trusted services to both clients and partners.

Licensing Compliance and Importance
CareOnDemand prioritizes compliance with Ontario’s regulations for temporary help agencies and recruiters. Licensing is crucial for maintaining fair labor practices, ensuring worker safety, and fostering trust between employers and employees. By adhering to these regulations, we ensure that our services operate within a legal framework that protects all stakeholders involved.

We verify the licenses and certifications of all healthcare professionals before employment, ensuring they meet provincial regulatory standards. Our employees are required to maintain valid and up-to-date licenses and provide proof of renewal when necessary. CareOnDemand continuously monitors and updates these licenses to remain compliant with changing legal requirements.
