Duties:
Conduct assessments to develop individualized treatment plans
Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to aid in patient recovery
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Skills:
Registered Physiotherapist in Ontario with experience in acute care settings
Proficiency in medical terminology
Strong patient care skills- Knowledge of pediatric physiotherapy is a plus
Ability to work in a hospital environment
